Campaign review before publication

The intended review checks identity and authority, purpose, realistic budget, proof of claims, required permissions, delivery milestones, risks and prohibited content. Reviewers must request missing evidence, record their decision and reasons, and return or reject unsuitable campaigns. Review staffing and turnaround time are not confirmed.

Rewards require specifications, prototype evidence, fulfilment and shipping terms. Causes require recipient authority, consent and a reporting plan. Challenges require funded prize evidence, judging rules and explicit IP terms. Venture claims require dated traction evidence and conflict disclosures.

Publication needs a recorded evidence checklist. An approval is a review outcome, not insurance, a product certification or an endorsement.

Separate checks, separate meanings

The old numerical badge is being retired. Before live verification is displayed, each check needs its own status (not checked, pending, checked or expired), scope, evidence reference and review date. Sample listings have no verified status.

Payments & financial risk

No money is accepted here. A provider, custody arrangements, payout schedule, chargeback handling and fees remain unconfirmed. There is no escrow, insurance or delivery guarantee.

Before payment launch, distinguish a pending request, provider authorisation, capture, payout, failed payment, release and confirmed refund. A database status change cannot move money. Refunds must be reconciled with the provider before they are described as completed.

Venture confidentiality

Interest is non-binding and does not reserve shares or form an investment contract. A request for an NDA is not a signed NDA. Initial messages can be read by the campaign owner and authorised administrators; do not include confidential material until you have an executed agreement.

Reporting & safeguarding

Use the report form for misleading claims, impersonation, unsafe conduct, IP concerns or privacy complaints. A stored report receives a reference. Response staffing and service levels are not yet confirmed; email fallback is clearly marked when the inbox is unavailable.

Illegal goods, weapons, hate, adult content, misleading medical claims and unapproved financial offers are prohibited. Barter participation is for adults and requires suitable safeguarding for work involving children or vulnerable people.
