Draft for legal review. Current preview behaviour is described below. Binding live-service terms and the operator’s legal details need qualified review before launch.
The Launchpad is currently a preview operated under the Innovation Army name. The full registered operator and final commercial terms require confirmation before accounts or transactions open. Example listings do not form offers or contracts.
Eligibility and scope
Participation requires an adult aged 18 or over, including an authorised adult representative of an organisation. Initial launch planning covers South Africa, ZAR and English. International participation, shipping and payments require separate published eligibility.
Campaigns and evidence
Campaign owners are responsible for truthful claims, authority, rights to content, permissions, delivery and updates. Review must be documented before publication. A review does not guarantee a product, return, safe encounter or use of funds. Details may be returned for changes or rejected, with reasons.
Money and ventures
No pledges, donations or investments are accepted in preview. Fees and a payment provider are unconfirmed. Venture interest is non-binding; there is no public investment execution, reserved allocation, signed NDA or promised return. Live terms must state the recipient, funding model, risk, fees, payment lifecycle and refund responsibility before payment.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Preparing a local draft grants no licence to a challenge owner. Live publication terms must specify a limited licence to display submitted content, its duration and permitted promotional uses. Challenges additionally require explicit rules for background IP, submitted IP, public disclosure, unsuccessful entries, pilot use, exclusivity, sublicensing and termination. No pilot licence or NDA is created by viewing this preview or requesting information.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, illegal products, hate, weapons, adult content, misleading medical claims, equity or debt disguised as rewards, and unapproved financial offers are prohibited. Do not upload material you cannot lawfully use.
Barter and complaints
Future exchanges require agreement on hours, expenses, location, safeguarding and cancellation, with credit changes confirmed by both participants. Read the proposed barter rules. Report concerns through the report form; the page identifies whether it can store a report.
Rights, changes and law
South African law governs the intended service. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are preserved. Material changes to live terms must be disclosed before new commitments are made. Final liability, dispute and refund provisions need qualified legal review; this preview does not guarantee future service availability.
