An hour is an hour.

Start at zero. The five-hour negative limit lets you receive help first. Credits have no cash value.

Agree, then confirm.

Choose a task, agree expenses and safe arrangements. Both people confirm before hours move.

Start with people.

Business Forum will offer introductions and help resolving exchanges once its coordinator is assigned.
